  • Submitted content: Creators may submit portfolio links, documents, images, or other materials in order to receive reviews from mentors.
  • Messages and communications: When you use our in-app or desktop messaging feature to communicate with other users, we collect and store the content of those messages, timestamps, and metadata to facilitate the conversation.
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. FolioReview does not store full credit card details.
  • Usage information: We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and basic site usage data to help improve the platform.

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Connect creators with mentors.
  • Process transactions and bookings.
  • Deliver portfolio reviews.

Note: We do not, and we never will, sell personal data to third parties.

Payments on FolioReview are processed through external payment providers such as Stripe. These providers process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies. FolioReview does not store complete payment card details on its servers.
